THE STORY
Fazenda Espírito Santo is unlike most coffee farms.
For decades, it has been cultivated without expanding into new land—preserving the surrounding Atlantic Forest and integrating coffee production into the existing ecosystem.
Native wildlife—including birds, mammals, and rare species—continues to move through the land, supported by a farming approach that prioritizes soil health, biodiversity, and long-term sustainability.
This balance between agriculture and the environment defines the character of the coffee.
This is a coffee defined by balance.
Grown slowly in nutrient-rich soil and surrounded by a thriving ecosystem, the result is a cup that is smooth, clean, and naturally vibrant—without being overpowering.

Where Coffee and Conservation Coexist
Fazenda Espírito Santo has been cultivating coffee for over 70 years—without expanding into new land or disrupting the surrounding forest.
Bordering a protected ecological reserve, the farm has become part of a living ecosystem where wildlife moves freely through the coffee fields. From birds and monkeys to deer and tapirs, the land is as much habitat as it is agriculture.
This integration produces not only exceptional coffee—but a model for the future of farming.
